Acceptance of Terms
By using Pixload, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our service.
Service Description
Pixload is a SaaS platform for managing, processing and distributing photos for professional photographers. The service includes:
- • Upload and secure storage of high-resolution photos
- • Automatic processing and AI-powered curation
- • Facial recognition for sorting and organization
- • Distribution via customizable online galleries
- • Image enhancement and editing tools
Payment and Subscriptions
Pricing
Subscriptions are billed according to the chosen plan. Prices may be modified with 30 days notice.
Payment Processing
Payments are securely processed by Stripe. We never store your credit card information.
Refunds and right of withdrawal
For consumers residing in the European Union: pursuant to article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code (and EU Directive 2011/83/EU), you have a fourteen (14) day right of withdrawal from the date of subscription, unless you have expressly consented to immediate service delivery and acknowledged the loss of this right upon subscribing (article L221-28 13°). Refund requests may be sent to support@pixload.io and will be processed within 14 days.
Plan Changes
You can change your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
Taxes
Pixload Limited is established in Hong Kong. Displayed prices are the net amounts charged: no VAT is collected by Pixload. If you are subject to VAT in your country of residence (in particular within the European Union), it is your responsibility to self-assess and remit VAT in accordance with locally applicable rules.
